up to £70,000 + bonus Stanton House are proud to be supporting a private equity backed leading recruitment, consultancy and training business. The Group have secured significant investments and are currently gearing up for future growth. As a result they are looking to hire a finance manager that will business partner director level stakeholders across the business to drive revenue whilst also ensuring strong month end reporting and financial analysis is delivered. This role will manage 2 direct reports and report into the financial controller. You will have the opportunity to join a great team and play an instrumental part in driving success within the Finance function and help to drive sales performance. Responsibilities

Delivering commercial insights to the business to improve decision making and increase profitability. Business partner senior and director level stakeholders to understand and identify areas of risk and help support driving sales performance. Regular review of the cost base, assessing potential areas in which the business could spend more appropriately and supporting on procurement activities to improve value from suppliers. Partner with the Group’s FP&A function to analyse monthly financial performance, delivering insightful analysis for the CFO and broader management team. Calculation of Net Fee Income (NFI) for both permanent and contract placements, ensuring a robust process that is easily digestible for the wider business. Manage and develop the 2 Accounts Assistants, establishing a high standard of quality output. Calculate and report on monthly sales commissions and bonuses for the sales teams, liaising with management over queries and delivering data to payroll within set deadlines. Qualifications

Qualified accountant - CIMA, ACCA or ACA. Strong experience in month end reporting. Proven track record of acting as a Finance Business Partner to non-finance stakeholders. Continuous improvement mindset and a willingness to challenge the status quo. Strong people and influencing skills with the ability to build positive relationships across all levels. Structured thinker with the ability to make complex things simple. Strong detail orientation, continually striving for complete accuracy. Ability to identify issues and use initiative to solve complex problems. Strong experience with Microsoft Excel and accounting systems. Ideally practical experience of reviewing work and developing junior team members. Note:
