Our client is seeking a Senior Associate to join their Private Markets Consulting team, specialising in delivering industry-leading advice to asset management firms. This role, based in Guernsey or Jersey, involves supporting clients with business transformation, operating model design, technology change programmes, and data integration. You will work collaboratively within project teams, providing expert guidance and contributing to operational excellence in the Private Markets sector.

Job Duties: Complete diverse assignments as part of project teams, working collaboratively to achieve client goals. Coach and support junior team members, contributing to their professional development. Develop client project deliverables and assist in creating proposal documents. Build and maintain strong relationships with key Private Markets clients. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and emerging digital technologies. Job Requirements: Minimum of 4 years' experience in financial services. In-depth knowledge of the Private Markets industry, including Private Equity, Private Credit, Real Estate, and Infrastructure. Proven understanding of fund finance activities and fund operations, such as fund accounting, investment valuation, and carried interest. Experience in leading teams, delivering projects under tight deadlines, and managing multiple stakeholders. Interest in technology and process automation, with familiarity with tools such as eFront, iLEVEL, Dynamo, Chronograph, Investran, and DealCloud. Experience in data analytics and visualisation (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Prior experience in consulting and business development, including proposal writing. Recognised qualifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, CFA, or CAIA. Strong understanding of Private Markets trends and developments. What You'll Love:
