Full-time | Permanent | Monday – Friday | Day Shift
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented
Residential Conveyancer
to join their successful property team. You’ll manage residential property transactions from start to finish, delivering excellent client service.
What You’ll Do:
Handle a caseload of residential property transactions (freehold, leasehold, and unregistered land). Conduct title investigations, searches, and due diligence. Prepare and review legal documents. Liaise with clients, estate agents, and mortgage lenders. Conduct face-to-face meetings with clients. Primarily deal with local work with some national work as well. Manage a caseload between 60-80 on average. What They’re Looking For:
2+ years PQE
(or equivalent experience). Experience in leasehold, freehold, and unregistered land transactions. Strong organisational, communication, and IT skills. Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently and meet deadlines. What They Offer:
Salary between £32k-£45k 5 weeks annual leave + bank holidays. Office closure at Christmas (extra to annual leave). Free on-site parking. Own office space (or shared with 1-2 people).
