Agile Delivery Manager - Delivery Manager - Scrum - Paying up too £500 (Inside IR35) - Hybrid - Immediate Starters A skilled Agile Delivery Manager is needed to lead projects and facilitate product development for software teams focused on business solutions. The role calls for an accomplished professional with exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities to handle complex projects and contribute to global product delivery success through open collaboration. Key Responsibilities

Oversee 2-3 Agile product development teams (4-8 members) to ensure effective delivery of features and capabilities. Partner with the Software Development Lead and Product Owner to align team efforts and plan future deliverables. Monitor project budgets, track resources, and deliver clear, data-driven status updates to stakeholders. Proactively identify risks and issues, escalating as needed and collaborating with stakeholders to resolve them. Suggest improvements to workflows and ensure consistent use of project tools to maintain accountability. Essential Qualifications

Demonstrated experience in leading projects successfully. Strong expertise in Agile frameworks such as Kanban or Scrum. Solid understanding of SDLC with a background in managing web-based application projects. Core competencies:

Preferred Skills and Experience

Familiarity with MS Office and Atlassian tools. Experience working with shared/matrixed teams. Knowledge of Cloud-based delivery systems. Certified Scrum Master or practical experience in the role. Accreditation in project governance. Engagement in professional project management networks or communities.
