Role Purpose/Summary
Provide an organized and controlled method of providing software to the client. Quality assurance testing. Document each individual application so an understanding of what the packaged application is expected to do and how this was achieved. Build relationships with the client, 3rd parties, and vendors. Identifying automation and efficiency opportunities. Problem solving and solutioning. Assisting with UAT fault resolution. Skills
Strong primary skills in packaging for multiple platforms. Expertise in a variety of packaging tools. Strong knowledge of different packaging formats. Experience in troubleshooting issues. Understanding of SCCM current branch (optional - benefit). All profiles will be reviewed against the required skills and experience.
