Proven experience in a leadership and/or talent development capacity. Experience and/or deep understanding of the implementation of the end-to-end Talent Management cycle from planning, onboarding, developing, retaining, and transitioning talent. Experience in designing and delivering leadership solutions that align with organizational culture and business objectives. Strong knowledge of executive development principles, with the ability to tailor leadership programs for senior leaders and high-potential talent. Expertise in talent mobility and succession planning to ensure a robust talent pipeline. Proficiency in using data and insights from workforce planning to inform talent identification and performance management. Familiarity with performance assessment tools and processes. Ability to facilitate effective talent management discussions. Desirable Qualifications:
Coaching/Mentoring qualification. Psychometric training including but not restricted to Insights, Clifton Strengths, Hogan, 360-degree feedback, and ESCI. CIPD qualification at level 3 or higher or equivalent. A broad range of HR and business experience to effectively link development to the broader people and business strategy.
