With recent global offices opening and ambitious plans for growth, as well as possible mergers and acquisitions, we are now hiring an experienced Finance Manager to work closely with the Finance Director. The Role
As well as the day-to-day running of the company's financial operations, this role will be very strategic and focus on the financial strategy around business growth and improvements. The role involves managing a team, including a Management Accountant, and developing them through regular 1:1s and PDPs. Creating a robust financial reporting system and driving financial excellence across the business will be a key focus for the role, as well as advising on tax implications/savings in global growth. Leading conversations and advising on M&A is also key. About You
You are a qualified accountant with an ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification combined with a strong background in managing financial operations in a similar role. Experience in budgeting, business partnering, and financial analysis is essential, as well as managing strategy around costs and revenue generation. Advanced Excel and formula skills are required, and experience in using Power BI, Sage, and Xero would be beneficial. Experience in conducting fixed asset register reviews, business modeling, and international group structure/tax strategy would be advantageous.
