We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Advisor to join our team and play a key role in delivering a professional HR service within our ever growing business. Key Responsibilities Human Resources: Act as the first point of contact for managers and employees, offering expert advice on ER matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and employee health issues. Provide professional HR guidance and support, ensuring alignment with employment law and company policies. Oversee ER cases from start to finish, maintaining accurate records in the ER tracking system (CaseNest). Lead and support business change initiatives, including restructuring and TUPE processes. Investigate customer complaints and ensure appropriate resolutions are communicated. Build and maintain strong relationships with employees and managers to positively influence HR outcomes. Deliver training and coaching to managers and employees on HR policies and processes, both in-person and online. Regularly review and update company documentation, such as employee handbooks. Analyze HR data to provide insights and recommendations to inform business decisions. About You

Experience:

Proven experience as an HR Officer/Advisor, with a track record of advising managers on ER matters and recruitment. Experience in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable. Qualifications:

CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent experience) and A-level standard education (or equivalent experience). A degree is a bonus. Knowledge:

Strong understanding of employment law, HR best practices, and the employee lifecycle. Proficiency with HR and recruitment systems is essential. Skills:

Excellent project management, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities to engage effectively with people at all levels. Personal Attributes:
