A Group Company with reputable global brands is seeking a Technical Manager to join their team in London, reporting to the Head of Product. You must have covered jersey, knitwear and have at least 10 year's experience as a Garment Technologist.

Main Responsibilities Will Include: Lead the Garment Technologist team across streetwear brands Lead the fit sessions - owning the fitting process and managing downwards to the team Manage garment tech functions across apparel, accessories, and footwear Develop and implement new systems, quality manuals, and product specifications Collaborate with factories, suppliers, and brand managers to ensure product quality and compliance Oversee fit sessions, factory audits, and testing requirements Lead sustainability initiatives and oversee product grading Coordinate digital product passports and maintain consistent fit standards across all ranges Testing & factory compliances Travel overseas as needed Provide production grading to factories. Create a brand block library, ensuring these are consistent to brand standard

Person Requirements: 10+ years in a technical role with management experience 8+ years of experience in jersey, knit, and woven products Strong pattern cutting, grading, and MS Office/Excel skills (Adobe is a plus) Experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills Experience with sustainable products is a bonus
