As the Store Manager, you'll be at the heart of operations, ensuring that everything from sales targets to customer satisfaction is achieved. You'll play a key role in shaping the success of this new store, implementing strategies that drive performance and contribute to the growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities for the Store Manager:

Oversee all aspects of store operations, from managing inventory to leading your team to achieve sales targets Drive retail sales and enhance the store's profitability by developing effective strategies Manage staffing levels, ensuring the right mix of talent is in place and that the team is motivated Deliver outstanding customer service by leading by example and coaching your team Regularly assess store performance and prepare reports for senior management Foster a positive store environment, ensuring the store is well-maintained and customer-friendly Ensure compliance with company policies and standards in all operational areas

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a senior retail management role Demonstrable ability to drive retail sales and performance in a fast-paced environment Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate your team A track record of providing exceptional customer service and fostering a customer-focused culture Business-oriented, with a clear understanding of how to improve retail performance and meet KPIs A background in fashion is desirable but not essential
