Bid Manager - Leading Property Consultancy I am looking for a dynamic and motivated Bid Manager to join a leading property consultancy. This role can be based in various locations, including Leeds, Manchester, Bristol, Birmingham, or London. Key Responsibilities: Manage bids for public and private sector clients. Support opportunity identification and early positioning for strategic bids. Conduct market research, stakeholder profiling, and competitor analysis. Maintain and update bid materials, including case studies, CVs, and client references. Coordinate the bid process, including kick-off meetings, quality reviews, and approval meetings. Produce high-quality written content tailored to client needs. Promote best practices in bid management and work winning. Build relationships with stakeholders and colleagues across regions in bid activity. Requirements: Experience in the construction industry and public sector bidding. Experience of proposal development, ideally within a professional services environment. Strong project management and document preparation skills. Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and InDesign.
