As the Director of Sales for EMEA, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company’s footprint across the region, driving revenue, and building a world-class sales team. Day to Day Responsibilities: Lead and coach a team of Account Executives and Sales Managers to achieve and exceed sales targets Drive the development of a strong sales pipeline by qualifying opportunities and ensuring consistent follow-up Work closely with the team to forecast and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals Join live sales calls and assist in closing strategic deals Leverage Salesforce.com for accurate reporting and sales activity management Provide critical feedback to marketing and product teams to shape the company’s offerings Recruit, onboard, and mentor top talent, working closely with HR and external agencies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create tailored strategies that drive success in the EMEA region Work with sales enablement and business operations to continuously improve sales performance Requirements: 6+ years of experience in SaaS sales with a proven track record of closing deals 2+ years of leadership experience, managing Account Executives and Sales Managers Proven success in exceeding sales quotas, consistently ranking in the top 10% of your team Experience with Salesforce.com and CRM-based sales cycle management Strong coaching and mentoring skills, with a focus on team development Dedicated work ethic with a passion for achieving results and driving growth Why Join?
