Salary: £58,084.17 (gross) per annum (if the role is to be based from Head Office London there will be an additional London Weighting payment of £3,650), with a fixed sum allowance of £1,127. There is the ability to progress to £64,693.99 over the next 2 years. Location: Head Office – London, Head Office – Newcastle or remote Duration: Permanent The Labour Party is looking to recruit a Head of Support and Quality Assurance. The post-holder will be responsible for leading the party’s campaign technology support and QA functions, ensuring excellent service delivery across all digital platforms, as well as direct development and delivery of support, training and testing processes that underpin the party’s critical campaign infrastructure. The successful candidate will have: Deep knowledge of electoral and data protection law in the UK, and how this is implemented in the party’s campaign software Proven experience managing support functions in a complex technical environment Track record of delivering quality assurance on complex software Excellence in stakeholder communication and relationship building To apply for this post, please complete an application form and equal opportunities form and send it toHSQAVAC@labour.org.uk by no later than 16 February 2025.
