Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to achieve sustainable growth and increased profitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients across major retail, warehousing, and manufacturing sectors, ensuring their needs are consistently met or exceeded. Oversee all business operations, including fabrication, welding, design, and project delivery, ensuring quality and efficiency. Provide technical competency and support for customer site engineering needs, offering solutions tailored to their challenges and ensuring the highest standard of service. Lead by example, nurturing a positive culture that supports the professional growth and wellbeing of your team. Champion sustainable business practices in line with the company’s values and market expectations. Drive net profit growth through effective cost management, strategic planning, and new business development. Manage relationships with subcontractor installation suppliers, ensuring smooth and high-quality service delivery. Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a track record of achieving net profit growth. Exceptional leadership skills, with a focus on team development and fostering a positive culture. A customer-first mindset, with the ability to build and maintain long-lasting business relationships. Knowledge of fabrication, welding, and design processes is highly desirable. Technical competency in engineering solutions and the ability to provide support for customer site challenges is highly desirable.
