Required for a short-term MOD construction project, the Site Manager will oversee roofing contractors on site for the duration of the project. Key Responsibilities
Oversee the lead subcontractor. Manage all trades and adhere to project plans and delivery. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards. Coordinate labor and trades. Monitor and support the site build program and control material levels. Work closely with a supportive team while being the main point of contact on site. Key Experiences
Solid work history in delivering construction projects. Excellent communication skills to support the site team. Minimum Requirements
