We're working with a dynamic software development consultancy who are looking for a Tech Lead to come and join their team!
You'll lead a small team in building innovative web and mobile applications, using cutting-edge technologies to deliver scalable solutions. You'll collaborate with clients, including CEOs and co-founders, to understand their vision and tailor solutions to their needs. You'll mentor your team, provide technical guidance, and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standard on time. You'll also shape the technical direction, ensuring best practices and the latest methodologies are followed throughout the development process.
What we're looking for:
Experience with TypeScript Proficiency in React (with
Next.js ) & React Native (with Expo) Experience with
Node.js
(preferably with NestJS or AWS Lambda) Understanding of AWS Previous client-facing experience Ability to translate technical requirements into business language Experience in mentoring or line management Beneficial Skills & Experience:
