Job Description Drive financial planning processes and provide insightful analysis of business performance. Partner with department leaders to ensure efficient budget management and forecasting accuracy. Develop and present monthly and quarterly financial reports. Identify opportunities for performance improvement and cost reductions. Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level to align financial management with short and long-term financial planning and projections. Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and requirements in the Life Science industry. Develop and implement robust financial systems and processes. Provide financial leadership and guidance to the wider Accounting & Finance team. The Successful Applicant A successful Finance Business Partner should have: A recognised accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) Experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting. Proficiency in financial software and databases. Strong knowledge of the Life Science industry and its financial regulations. Excellent analytical, decision-making, and strategic planning skills. Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results. Experience within manufacturing Knowledge of costing What's on Offer A competitive salary range of £50,000 - £55,000 GBP.
