Your responsibilities will include: Provide strategic oversight and direction for paid social and programmatic campaigns to achieve client goals and drive results Develop and implement comprehensive paid social strategies that align with clients' business objectives, target audience, and brand messaging Develop and lead comprehensive strategies for programmatic remits that align with the clients’ business objectives, while advocating for innovation across the offering Lead and mentor a team of paid social and programmatic specialists, providing guidance, feedback, and support to ensure their success and professional growth Lead on conversations and relationships with platform partners at Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others Lead on relationships with counterparts in other GroupM agencies, identifying opportunities to work collaboratively in support of the Client Services team Lead ongoing analysis of campaign performance, identify areas for optimisation, and provide strategic recommendations to clients and Client Services teams, to support client growth Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to constantly improve our paid social strategies and tactics Identify knowledge gaps and training needs amongst paid team members, ensuring that industry best practices are followed Build strong internal relationships with the various departments across Goat to ensure seamless campaign activations and excellent communication Drive and inspire innovation across the paid team, using data and trends to identify client opportunities Required Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid social campaigns, preferably in a leadership or managerial role A good understanding of Amazon DSP, DV360, and other retail media channels is preferred Excellent knowledge of, and a proven track record of success in developing and executing effective paid advertising strategies that drive results for clients Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and motivating a team of paid specialists In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including but not limited to Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube and TikTok Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to analyse campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members A strong eye for detail and experience in using data trends to open up client opportunities Extensive client-facing experience, with a strong ability to communicate paid media strategies effectively Company Culture and Benefits: Regular social events and ongoing clubs £200 grant to make your working-from-home set up comfortable once you’ve passed probation Provided MacBook laptop to work from Flexi-hours Remote/Hybrid Working Health and wellbeing allowance once you’ve passed probation Health Insurance after you’ve passed probation Life Insurance Policy 25 Days Holiday plus bank holidays, accruing up to 30 days based on length of service Birthday & Work Anniversary Days Off Length of Service Gifts In-office benefits such as beauty treatments & Yoga Flexible Bank Holidays Free Flu Jabs Plus Many More!
