As a Technical Program Manager, you will enable us to build and deliver remarkable things. You will own the delivery of new solutions to problem spaces within our grocery portfolio. You are the glue that brings a project together. You will work across multiple internal teams and stakeholders, bringing together projects with diverse individuals and systems and ensuring project delivery.

Key job responsibilities:

Lead the delivery of innovative solutions across Amazon's grocery technology portfolio. Orchestrate collaboration between software development managers, engineers, product managers, UX designers, and business leaders. Define and structure complex projects, turning ambiguity into clear action plans. Drive technical decisions and roadmap execution across multiple teams. Champion operational excellence and best practices in agile delivery. Own end-to-end program management for critical initiatives. Minimum Qualifications:

5+ years of technical program management working directly with software engineering teams experience. 7+ years of working directly with engineering teams experience. 3+ years of software development experience. Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules. 5+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, quality, along with risk and critical path management experience. Experience defining KPI's/SLA's used to drive multi-million dollar businesses and reporting to senior leadership.
