We are currently seeking an

HR Business Partner , reporting directly to the

UK HR Manager

to join our People and Culture team based in

London, England, UK .

About the mission we offer you:

An opportunity is available for an experienced HR professional to join the People & Culture team.

You would: Act as a single point of contact for both employees and managers in people management agenda. Build strong relationships across the organisation. Implement best practices, ensuring correct and timely implementation of HR strategies and policies. Identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks. Act as a performance improvement driver and provoke positive changes in the management of people. Lead change management projects and manage HR related internal communication. Provide day to day support and guidance to line management (e.g. career development, performance management, employee relations, ...). Work closely together with managers and employees to improve work relationships, increase productivity and retention. Provide guidance and input on business unit organizational changes, workforce planning and succession planning. Collaborate with global learning & development and HR teams to drive upskilling programs. Support and lead the design, build and execution of HR projects in the area of talent management, talent acquisition, compensation, and culture and engagement. Ensure integrity of People Data to facilitate data-driven decision making.

About you:

BA/BS Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (preferred). CIPD (or equivalent) qualification or working towards. Previous HR related career experience. Knowledge and practice of UK Labor law. HR management methods and tools. Excellent Communication skills (listen, analyse and influence). Presentation skills. Strong planning and organizational skills. Negotiation skills. Fluent in English.
