Build and sustain long-term customer relationships while minimizing complaints. Understand market needs and farming communities to deliver tailored technical solutions and foster customer loyalty. Conduct customer needs analysis, present layout solutions, and negotiate deals effectively. Provide detailed weekly activity reports, market updates, and actionable progress plans. Collaborate with the design department and sales team to enhance internal processes and procedures. Operate from the branch office, utilizing technical support and warehouse resources. About Company:
