Support the Home Manager in establishing and maintaining professional working relationships with all stakeholders. Be responsible for the management and delegation of duties to all nursing and care staff within their area of responsibility. What you'll need
You will be RMN/RGN qualified with a current NMC pin. A management qualification ILM level 3/5 or a QCF level 5 would be desirable. Benefits
