About the role - Behaviour Mentor
I am working with this secondary school based in Harrow who are looking for a Behaviour Mentor for a Feb 2025 start on a full-time basis. For this post, you must have experience working with children with challenging behaviour. Main duties will include working alongside the classroom teacher to help manage behaviour in the class. You will also be asked to work in an inclusion room, mentoring pupils on a 1:1 basis. The school day starts at 08:30 am and finishes at 16:00 pm with a lunch break.
