As a

Production Engineer , you will play a key role in optimising manufacturing processes and ensuring high-quality, precision-engineered components. You will work within a fast-paced production engineering team, collaborating with operations staff to drive efficiency and innovation in aerospace manufacturing. Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop work-holding solutions, tooling, and fixtures using 3D/2D CAD software. Take manufacturing concepts from initial design through to fully validated, production-ready components. Interpret and analyze engineering CAD drawings with meticulous attention to detail. Generate Bills of Materials (BOMs) and routings using an ERP system. Implement lean manufacturing strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce waste. Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant technical discipline. Minimum of

5 years of experience

in a similar production engineering role. Strong background in

aerospace manufacturing , with a deep understanding of industry standards and precision engineering. Proven ability to interpret complex CAD drawings and apply engineering principles effectively. Creative problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
