Madisons Recruitment are recruiting for an Electrical Project Manager to start with a client of ours based in Stoke as soon as possible. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent time management abilities, and a solid understanding of electrical engineering principles. This role requires effective communication with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple electrical projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications. Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget estimates. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution. Oversee coordination and delivery of project plant and equipment. Ensure adequate materials are always available to complete the project. Ensure construction and commissioning programmes are in place for the job and implement the commission plan on site. Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards in all aspects of the project. Requirements:

Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager or similar role in the construction or engineering industry. Strong knowledge of electrical systems and engineering principles. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Exceptional communication skills for liaising with clients and team members. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Relevant degree or certification in Electrical Engineering or a related field is preferred. Benefits:
