To support and manage staff dining / hospitality / free issue in sites as required To manage the day to day relationship with the client To inspire the team to deliver an excellent, innovative food offer underpinned by fantastic customer service Ensure all legal Health & Safety / Food Safety and company policies are up to date and completed To have a robust action plan with proactive business and client actions, marketing plan, food development, hospitality offer To ensure all budgets are managed in line with the client’s requirements, monthly forecasting, take actions where necessary Working closely with the head chef to ensure a smooth running food operation / menu planning To compile the monthly account and client report To carry out all reasonable tasks expected by management Personal Specification

B&I experience in a cost plus environment, high end corporate Good at planning ahead and able to look at multiple options to help a final well informed decision Positive, polite and energetic Must be a great team player, excellent communicator, fun, enthusiastic and professional at all times, able to inspire large teams Able to prioritise and work under pressure. Financial acumen and computer literacy is a must Enthusiasm for the industry, passion for food and understanding of the changing industry Experience of dealing with and developing a client relationship that requires patience and confidence Experience in writing monthly / quarterly client reviews You will be a driven self-starter who will relish this challenge Our way of saying thank you…
