Financial Controller

Company High growth founder led scale-up based in Warminster now seeks to appoint a Financial Controller to support the Board. Playing a key role in overseeing all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and planning, you will have a strong background in finance, excellent business partnering skills, and a proven track record of driving financial performance and operational efficiency. Role As Financial Controller, you will be a key member of the leadership team and central to the growth agenda for the business. Reporting directly into the CEO, the Financial Controller will have full responsibility for all aspects of the finances, including all financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, control and analysis. You will be expected to play an active role in all key operational and commercial decisions and is a critical part of the strategic planning process. The latter involves being comfortable with complex financial forecasting models as the business plans its ambitious growth. Essential to the success of the role is the ability to build up effective working relationships with each of the senior stakeholders, in particular developing a strong partnership with the CEO. About You Likely recently qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), you may be working in a mid-tier accountancy practice and looking for your first move into industry. Alternatively, you may already be operating in industry at a Finance Manager level and looking to gain more independence in your next role. With the value chain spread over many countries and a high number of products relative to its size, this significant complexity means the Financial Controller must be both comfortable dealing with detail one minute and navigating the big picture the next.
