Every childhood is worth fighting for. This is our belief. It drives us. And it inspires our Communications team to find ever-more creative ways to promote our work and share how people can get involved in making a difference to children's lives. Join us as a National Campaigns Manager and create work that means the world. About the role and the team

Would you like to be part of the team campaigning tirelessly for a society that truly values children? Want to help hold the government and tech companies to account? The NSPCC is the leading charity focused on preventing cruelty to the most vulnerable children in the UK. We run campaigns that build public support to persuade government and industry to better protect children and young people. This exciting role will manage and deliver influencing campaigns which support the NSPCC's strategy that everyone plays their part to prevent child abuse; that every child is safe online; and that every child feels heard. About you

Do you have: A commitment to end cruelty to children? Experience of success in managing high profile campaigns which have an impact on public policy? Experience of analysing strategic ambitions, influencing aims, political and policy insights, best practice and market research and developing persuasive campaigns recommendations? Experience of overseeing the production of digital campaigns and content to drive action (e.g. petitions, emails) – including working with agencies? Experience of ensuring the successful delivery, evaluation and optimisation of campaigns across multiple channels including owned, earned and paid-for media? Experience of building and maintaining a positive supporter experience for a campaigns audience? Strong oral and written skills? Sound like you? If so, we want to hear from you. Join us and you'll become part of a team that cares about the work they do and the people they work with. You'll discover opportunities to grow, along with challenges and a shared purpose that'll bring the best out in you. And you'll get to find your own way to make a difference that means more, and that impacts millions of young lives.
