SHEQ Manager
Didcot, Oxfordshire (minimum 3/days week on site)
£55,000 - £65,000 plus 15% bonus, 25 days holiday
Mon-Fri, 37.5 hours - flexible start and end times
Are you an experienced Senior SHEQ professional from a manufacturing/engineering or scientific/research background, looking for work in a very interesting and unique environment, with a company at the forefront of their sector? This is a challenging SHEQ role and offers an excellent salary and conditions, including flexitime. The role has come about due to promotion. This is a full SHEQ position and requires an understanding of all aspects (health and safety, quality and environmental/sustainability). The role includes line management of a team of 2 on an R&D site with 100+ staff.
The Role: Full time, permanent, senior level SHEQ position based on a large engineering/R&D site Full SHEQ role involving all aspects of health and safety, quality, and environmental/sustainability Line management of 2 SHEQ Engineers Exciting projects over the next 12 months including further digitisation of the SHEQ facility and working to obtain ISO50001 certification
The Person: Academic and working background in a scientific/engineering/manufacturing sector (ideally R&D) Experience in a full SHEQ related role including all 3 functions Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 systems NEBOSH level 5/6 or similar qualification Experience as a lead auditor
