Up to £45k Start ASAP - in office 5 days per week Our client is a fast-growing creative manufacturing company based in Central London, looking for a talented Marketing Executive to join their small but ambitious team. This is a stand-alone role, perfect for someone who wants to be a lynchpin in the business and have a long-term impact. In addition to core marketing responsibilities, you will also handle compliance administration, making this an all-encompassing position that offers variety and growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
Marketing & Brand Development
Oversee and enhance our Shopify website to create a user-friendly and seamless shopping experience. Develop strategies to improve SEO rankings and increase organic traffic. Manage social media channels, producing engaging and relevant content. Execute digital marketing initiatives, including paid advertising, email campaigns, and influencer collaborations. Ensure brand identity remains consistent across all digital and physical touchpoints. Monitor marketing performance through Google Analytics, Meta BusinessSuite, and other reporting tools to refine strategies. Compliance & Administration
Maintain accurate records of employee documentation, including right-to-work checks and compliance reports. Work alongside the finance team to ensure compliance with HMRC payroll regulations. Act as Authorising officer. What We’re Looking For:

The right candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing online marketing campaigns. Strong knowledge of digital platforms and analytical tools is essential.
