Your new role
As a trusted advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy of the business.
Partnering with the Sales Director and Finance Director to deliver actionable insights and influence business decisions.
Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes to achieve business objectives.
Conducting in-depth financial analysis to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive profitability.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across the business.
Translating complex financial data into clear, impactful recommendations for non-financial stakeholders.
What you'll need to succeed
A strong background in finance business partnering, ideally within a complex, commercial organisation.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and challenge at all levels.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving business performance.
