Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced software engineer to join our growing organisation. As a key member of our engineering team, you will contribute to the development of our platform systems, playing a crucial role in enhancing the overall performance and security of our platform.
Collaborating closely with our design and development teams, you will have the opportunity to enhance and expand our backend services using your expertise in a wide range of technologies, including Node.js, TypeScript, and MySQL. Your work will directly impact the security, efficiency, and user satisfaction of our platform.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with product managers and other engineers to implement new features and improve existing backend functionalities. Write clean, efficient, and scalable code using best practices and industry standards. Optimise backend services for maximum speed, security, and scalability. Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring systems are robust and bug-free. Conduct peer code reviews to ensure high-quality code standards, promote best practices, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the development team. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, particularly those relevant to web3 and crypto, and actively contribute to the improvement of our development processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. 5+ years of development experience with TypeScript. Expert knowledge and experience with Node.js and MySQL. Excellent knowledge of OOP programming patterns. Expert knowledge of REST APIs, including theory and modeling. A good understanding of distributed and event-based systems. Desirable Skills & Experience: Amazon Web Services. Experience in the online gambling or iGaming industry. A good understanding of Dependency Injection. Knowledge and interest in cryptocurrencies.
