The Role: Quantity Surveyor The successful Quantity Surveyor will join a well-established team of Quantity Surveyors and Employer's Agents, delivering first-class professional services to clients and managing projects from inception to completion.

This consultancy is proud of its exceptional APC support programme, which is delivered in-house by APC assessors based in their London office. Whether you're starting your journey to MRICS or need a final push, you'll receive unrivalled guidance and mentorship to help you achieve chartership.

Working primarily within the Residential sector, you'll gain exposure to a wide variety of projects, including: Commercial Property Privately Funded Developments Care Homes Mixed-Use Schemes New Build Housing & Apartment Developments Project values ranging from £250k - £200m, with typical schemes involving JCT and Design & Build contracts valued at £10m-£15m. This role offers variety, career progression, and the chance to play a key part in exciting developments.

About You The ideal Quantity Surveyor will have: A RICS-accredited degree qualification. Previous Residential sector experience. Employer's Agent experience (preferred but not essential). Pre- and post-contract knowledge. Experience working within a PQS firm / consultancy environment. A team-focused, proactive, and detail-oriented mindset. This role is perfect for a Quantity Surveyor looking to advance their career, gain support with APC accreditation, or diversify their project portfolio while working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
