Talent Acquisition Coordinator We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the EMEA Talent Acquisition team in delivering exceptional service to stakeholders across the region in a diverse role supporting Lateral & Campus hiring. As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Millennium, you will partner with our internal Talent Acquisition team and prospective candidates to ensure an exceptional recruiting experience. You will maintain clear communication with the recruiting team, hiring managers, and candidates. You should have outstanding multi-tasking and organizational skills, be professional, service-oriented, and able to perform in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Principal Responsibilities: Ensure a smooth recruitment process by scheduling interviews with candidates in collaboration with recruiters, hiring managers, and agencies Act as the point of contact for interviewees & candidates throughout the process. Track candidates through the recruitment system and produce reports. Formulate and draft offer letters via workday, ensuring commercial terms are correct Schedule and facilitate candidate feedback sessions. Help facilitate Campus projects & events Collaborate with the broader international TA Ops team & process improvement & operational effieciencies Handle ad hoc projects and requests to support Talent Acquisition. Qualifications/Skills Required: Previous experience within Talent Acquisition Coordination / HR in a fast paced environment Excellent organizational and time management skills. Outstanding verbal and communication skills. Meticulous attention to detail. University degree with a good academic record preferred. Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).
