About the role of BIM Manager Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of BIM and CAD standards, templates, and workflows. Manage 3D and 2D modelling for MEP systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, codes, and client requirements. Act as the primary liaison between the design, construction, and client teams regarding BIM and CAD processes. Evaluate and implement new BIM/CAD tools, technologies, and processes to improve efficiency and project outcomes. Prepare, review, and issue construction drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Requirements for the BIM Manager Demonstrate the right experience that lends itself to overseeing 5 CAD Technicians, 2 of whom work remotely. Minimum 5+ years of experience in BIM/CAD management, preferably within the MEP sector. Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD. Proven track record of leading BIM/CAD teams and delivering successful projects.
