Annual Salary: £50,000 + (dependant on experience) Location: Remote Working (Occasional travel to Kent Offices if needed) Job Type: Full-time Join a well-established, successful, and forward-thinking company as a Building Surveyor. We are seeking an articulate, intelligent, and experienced individual who is analytical, perceptive, and possesses excellent communication skills. This role is ideal for someone who can work independently yet is team-oriented, flexible, committed, and commercially aware. Day-to-day of the role:

Undertake a variety of building surveying services across all sectors, including:

Planned/Reactive Maintenance Defect Analysis Pre-Acquisition Surveys Dilapidations Party Wall Matters Insurance Reinstatement Cost Assessments Bank Funded Construction & Development Monitoring Contract Administration CDM Coordination Project Management

Perform office administration and use industry-specific software like Pro-Map. Stay up-to-date with current RICS legislation, The Party Wall Act 1996, relevant legislation, and Health and Safety regulations. Required Skills & Qualifications:

Organisational skills with an eye for detail. Willingness to work outside in all conditions. Strong knowledge of the built environment, including building regulations and health and safety legislation. Understanding of how recommendations affect construction project profitability. Excellent relationship-building skills and a strong understanding of customer service. Proficient IT skills, including knowledge of industry-specific software. Analytical mind with strong problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral. Strong project and time management skills. Benefits:
