Management Accountant

We are seeking a Senior Reporting Accountant to join our team in Carlisle. This newly created role offers a blend of traditional financial responsibilities and the opportunity to collaborate with the CFO and local directors on continuous improvement initiatives. Your New Role The duties will evolve with the growth of the business and will include: The timely and accurate preparation and review of monthly KPI reports Preparation of accurate monthly P&L and balance sheet reviews with explanation around key variances month to month Budget and cashflow forecasting with communication to the CFO and Managing Director Liaising with the tax advisors to review and support timely filing of annual tax returns. Supporting the year-end audit process and other statutory/regulatory requirements Working closely with the CFO on developing and documenting scalable finance processes and controls Management of local finance team This is a fantastic opportunity to join and grow with a successful, ambitious Company. Qualifications We require the individual to have strong people and communication skills, IT literacy, be organized and motivated with leadership abilities.
