A reputable property business based in Lichfield is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner on a full-time, permanent basis. If you have previous HRBP experience, preferably within a similar field, strong organizational skills, an eye for detail, and are keen to join a close-knit team, then this may be the role for you!
The successful applicant will enjoy a hybrid role, working 4 days in the office and 1 day at home, as well as a salary of up to £55k!
This role is a generalist HR role, and you will be responsible for working with the Head of HR to deliver strategies. This will include:
Driving employee engagement
Enhancing the employee lifecycle
Building relationships throughout the business at all levels
Promoting a positive employee culture
Supporting staff development
Employee relations including disciplinaries and grievances
Supporting HR policies
The ideal candidate will possess solid HR experience at a similar level, as well as possess their CIPD Level 5. You will be a confident team player with a great focus on delivery and excellent interpersonal skills. If this sounds like you, please apply online today!
