Description: Registered Manager - Homecare The Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield Salary: Up to 42,000 About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Manager to lead and manage a new branch of our homecare services in The Royal Town of Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the local community by providing high-quality care and support to individuals in their own homes. The focus of this branch will be on serving private customers, providing them with personalised care plans and exceptional services. You will join a growing company that has aspirations to continue to expand into the wider sector. You will be supported throughout and provided the resources needed to thrive and feel valued. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the homecare branch, ensuring high standards of care and support are delivered to all clients. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and exceeded. Recruit, train, and manage a team of care staff, providing them with ongoing support and guidance. Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, standards, and policies, including CQC requirements. Develop and implement effective care plans and risk assessments for clients, regularly reviewing and updating them as needed. Monitor and manage the branch's budget, ensuring financial sustainability and efficiency. Conduct regular audits and quality checks to maintain high standards of care and identify areas for improvement. Requirements: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification. Knowledge and understanding of CQC regulations and standards. Proven experience as a Registered Manager in a homecare setting.
