What you’ll be doing: Providing outstanding care and education for children, helping them to flourish every day Designing and delivering exciting, creative activities tailored to each child’s needs Creating a safe, dynamic, and nurturing environment where children can explore and grow Building strong relationships with parents and fellow staff members to ensure the best outcomes for each child Keeping track of children’s progress and development, and celebrating their successes What we need from you: A Level 3 Childcare qualification Previous experience working in a nursery setting Excellent communication and interpersonal skills An Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to get one) What you'll bring to the team: A solid understanding of child development and the Early Years curriculum A positive, team-focused attitude Strong organisational and time management skills, with a can-do approach This is your chance to be part of a supportive, fun, and passionate team that’s dedicated to helping children thrive.
