Automation Engineer
with
PCS7 experience
to join their team in Kent. This is a long-term contract role, forming a key part of a multi-year CAPEX project. The project is currently in its early design stages, with the first phase completed. This role will be integral in developing automation solutions, commissioning equipment, and ensuring smooth project execution. If everything proceeds as planned, this engagement will run until at least the end of 2026, with a strong possibility of extension into 2027/2028. The company is looking for someone who can
start from scratch with minimal supervision/training required . Key Responsibilities: End-to-end PCS7 work
– including software development, testing, commissioning, and documentation. Work onsite
full-time (5 days per week) in Kent . Execute automation tasks independently with minimal guidance. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful project execution. Troubleshoot and optimize PCS7 systems within a regulated environment. Required Skills & Experience: Strong PCS7 experience
(MUST HAVE). Background in
pharmaceutical or nuclear sectors
preferred. Ability to execute automation work independently
without hand-holding . Experience working with engineering documentation and libraries. Commissioning experience. Seniority Level:
