In this exciting role, you will conduct critical audits on key performance indicators for our clinical network, working closely with the Quality Audit Supervisor to drive our quality improvement strategy. You'll engage with the clinical network, highlight top-performing therapists, and contribute to best practices within the service. If you're proficient in IT, committed to confidentiality, and eager to support our mission of excellence, we want to hear from you. Everyday you will: Collaborate with the Quality Audit Supervisor to conduct necessary quality audits and support the quality improvement strategy. Maintain the confidentiality of information about patients, staff and other health service business. Participate in individual performance review and respond to agreed objectives.
