4-month contract , supporting high-profile events across EMEA. Location:

Central London (Hybrid – 3 days in the office, 2 days from home) Contract:

Required for events across EMEA About the Role: As an

Events Coordinator , you will play a key role in delivering exceptional experiences at flagship events, engaging with customers, partners, and industry leaders. You will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless

event registration, logistics, and operations , supporting roadshows, customer conferences, and strategic industry events. Key Responsibilities: Manage event

registration processes , working with event tools and platforms. Develop and execute

delegate plans , ensuring a smooth registration experience. Work closely with vendors and event agencies to

design onsite registration management plans . Support event

technology and mobile app testing

for seamless attendee engagement. Ensure compliance with

legal and data privacy regulations . Provide

real-time event registration reporting

and post-event analysis. Handle lead management processes and monitor registration trends. Contribute to

event operations, logistics, and strategy

across multiple EMEA events. What We’re Looking For: ️

2+ years’ experience

in event registration management within a fast-paced environment. ️ Strong understanding of

delegate management, event technology, and registration platforms . ️ Highly organised with excellent

project management and reporting skills . ️ Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. ️ Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. ️ Experience working with

Salesforce, Marketo, and digital event tools
