Join Apple, and help us leave the world better than we found it.The European Marketing team is looking for an outstanding marketing admin to join their team in support of the Communications team. Description - Provide administrative and operational support for the European Communications team, with additional support for director level leaders- Ad hoc calendar and travel management for senior leadership team, or group travel- Management of facilities requests, meeting rooms requirements- Comprehensive onboarding of new employees or contractors, including sourcing equipment, setting up new accounts, technical troubleshooting- Budget support and facilitation of requesting purchase orders, setting up new vendors, procurement admin- Special project support or coordination and extra events support as needed- PR operational support including press office facilitation and daily team meeting summaries- Manage subscriptions and monthly audits for the PR team Minimum Qualifications Excellent organisation skills, acute attention to detail, ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, and time critical environment Consistent track record of meeting set timelines Shows dedication, passion and a “can-do” spirit for all situations Concise written and verbal communication skills, with a professional demeanour Demonstrates proactive ability to anticipate needs and changes, and react efficiently with independent/sound judgement Has a passion for learning new things, continuous improvement and sharing best practices Direct experience dealing with confidential information with integrity Extraordinary work ethic, discreet and trustworthy Preferred Qualifications

Critical thinking needed and an ability to see the “bigger picture” Comfortable collaborating with all levels of the team Able to anticipate change and react efficiently and expeditiously, with a calm approach Ability to establish and maintain effective business partnerships
