As a Registered Nurse, your responsibilities will include: Administering prescribed medications in line with company and NMC guidelines Providing treatments such as surgical dressings when necessary Thoroughly assessing each resident's care needs Handling medical emergencies with professionalism Maintaining accurate records for individualised care plans
