Rushley House Retirement Home is looking for a new member to join their care team. This role is for 14 permanent hours a week with the option for overtime. Previous experience is not essential should the right applicant be willing to learn. We work on a two-week rota that repeats throughout the year ( Week 1, Week 2, Week 1, Week 2, etc.. ) Shift Pattern: Week 1: Wednesday: 16:00 - 22:00 (6 hrs) Sunday: 08:00 - 16:00 (8 hrs) Total: 14 hrs per week Week 2: Wednesday: 16:00 - 22:00 (6 hrs) Sunday: 08:00 - 16:00 (8 hrs) Total: 14 hrs per week As a Care Assistant at Rushley House Retirement Home, you can expect to be part of a team that supports and looks out for one another whilst providing family-oriented care to our residents. Care Assistants at Rushley House Retirement Home work closely with management to ensure they are supported and provided opportunities to better themselves and their careers in social care, in addition to providing the best possible care to our residents. This position involves assisting our residents with their care needs, basic cleaning, and food preparation for our residents. All training will be provided to a successful applicant.
