We are looking for a Campsite Assistant. Day to day, you will support the delivery of an enjoyable outdoor holidays experience for our visitors.

A positive can-do attitude is a must in the varying world of Campsites and in return, there is an opportunity to propose, assist or lead on Outdoor activity initiatives provided by the National Trust and Partners.

Hours:

37.5 hours a week (full time). Weekend working essential. Hours worked between 7am and 9:30pm depending on season and day of the week.

Contract:

Fixed Term Contract until 6 October 2025

Salary:

£11.88 per hour

Interview date:

Thursday 13th February

Potential start date:

24th March 2025

Internally you will be known as 'Outdoors Holidays Operation Assistant'.

For this role, you'll need to complete our online assessment instead of using a C.V. or online application form. This will help us understand more about your strengths and give you more information on the role.

What you'll be doing: In addition to practical tasks such as cleaning and maintenance, your role will also involve face-to-face interactions such as welcome and orientation, guest service, processing online bookings and some Food and Beverage & Retail service from the Campsite shop.
