Fletcher Joseph are looking for a highly motivated Architects or Architectural Technicians with strong technical experience to join our Edinburgh practice.
Architect candidates will be an ARB registered Architect with a minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience with strong technical experience.
Architectural Technician candidates will have a minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience.

You will be self-motivated and enjoy working as part of a team as we collaborate to meet deadlines efficiently. A knowledge of current building regulations is essential and an interest in emerging sustainable and net zero frameworks would be beneficial.

Strong technical expertise producing information through RIBA Stages 3-5 Experience of working with internal and external design teams through the detailed design and construction phases of a project Ability to integrate technical design and compliance information whilst respecting the integrity of the concept designs Strong graphic presentation and verbal communication skills Ability to work well as part of a team and support the studio culture Design experience working in the multi-residential, office and hospitality sectors is advantageous Applicants must be proficient in Revit alongside AutoCAD, Adobe and Microsoft Office.
