HSQE Advisor South East Region (Hampshire, Kent, Sussex, Surrey) Salary up to £47,500 per annum plus £4.8k car allowance Are you an experienced HSQE professional within the Construction or Renewable Energy Sector? Key duties will include: Working with operational colleagues on all Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality provisions. Supporting management in the drafting and review of risk assessments and method statements (RAMS). Overseeing and implementing H&S standards, ensuring HSE compliance on sites. Conducting occasional site visits across the UK. Ensuring adherence to HSQE procedures and policies by all sites and sub-contractors. Carrying out site inspections and incident investigations. Implementing changes to improve H&S culture. The Company This international organisation is a pioneer in the renewable energy sector, providing power solutions in the use of Solar Farms, Battery and Wind Farms. They offer their capabilities and have a direct presence across the Globe! About You The ideal candidate will have a strong background in health and safety working on large scale Civil Engineering or Renewable Energy sites such as Solar PV, Wind, and Battery Storage. Candidates must have H&S qualifications such as NEBOSH. Package Salary up to £47.5k Car allowance of £400 per month. 25 days annual leave (excluding bank holidays) with an additional day added per year of service (capped at 5 years) Company Pension Scheme Company life assurance at 3x salary Option to take up Private Medical Insurance and/or Cycle to Work, as part of salary sacrifice schemes Next Steps The client is looking for the right candidate to start ASAP, so are looking to conduct interviews week commencing 3rd February.
