Experience of working within a sales/customer service role. A strong passion for creativity and storytelling or a qualification within a creative field - experience and knowledge in the field are key. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain professionalism in demanding situations. A team player with a proactive and self-driven approach to tasks. Honesty and accountability in all aspects of work, including owning up to mistakes and solving problems collaboratively. Willingness to occasionally go the extra mile, whether it’s working an extra 20-30 minutes to complete a task or being flexible with work hours. Prior office experience with a focus on organisation and attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high standard of work.
