The role is a full-time permanent position working from 8.30am to 5.30pm (Monday to Friday) with a 1.5-hour break each day. Candidates must be flexible and willing to stay late when required to ensure work and orders are completed in good time. This fantastic opportunity offers a basic salary of £36,000 plus a share of the group sales commission pot based on revenue. Candidates should ideally have their own car and a clean driving license. Key Responsibilities:

Manage sales inquiries and provide high-quality customer service to high-profile clients. Collaborate with the sales team to efficiently respond to online web inquiries and convert them into sales. Ensure excellent communication both verbally and in writing with clients, especially high-profile individuals. Take initiative and work independently while contributing positively to team efforts. Demonstrate flexibility, including adapting work hours and breaks to meet client needs and business demands. Essential Requirements:

Experience of working within a sales/customer service role. A strong passion for creativity and storytelling or a qualification within a creative field - experience and knowledge in the field are key. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain professionalism in demanding situations. A team player with a proactive and self-driven approach to tasks. Honesty and accountability in all aspects of work, including owning up to mistakes and solving problems collaboratively. Willingness to occasionally go the extra mile, whether it’s working an extra 20-30 minutes to complete a task or being flexible with work hours. Prior office experience with a focus on organisation and attention to detail. Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a high standard of work. Ideally, have access to a car and hold a clean driving license. Perks & Benefits:
